Roxy South East Asia has held a 3-day Roxy ‘Dare Yourself’ Bali Experience event from the 24-27th September 2013 for the South East Asia winners of Roxy’s annual social media contest ‘Dare Yourself.’

The Bali Experience is an event where regional competition winners from the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia are brought to the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia, to reward their victory in Roxy’s global online ‘Dare Yourself’ social media contest that was conducted during the first six months of 2013. In order to win the trip to Bali each entrant posted a video of herself explaining how she dares herself to be the best person they can be. The videos with the most votes won and this is how each of the girls found themselves in Bali.

One of the winners included Gillian Goh from Singapore, who had just returned from Fiji having won the Asia-Pacific leg of the Roxy Dare Yourself competition. Gillian joined other winners from around the world for a week of adventure in Fiji’s tropical paradise. “I was happy to win the regional competition for the Roxy Dare Yourself Competition…it was so much fun hanging out with the winners from Europe, North Asia, USA and Brazil in Fiji. When I found out I would also be joining the winners from each South East Asian country in Bali it was as if I had won the lottery,” said an ecstatic Gillian.

Once the winners arrived in Bali they were locked in for 3 days of fun, which included shopping sprees, surfing lessons, yoga and massage retreats, horse riding, wining, dining and partying.
