After two days cruising the Greenroom Festival in Yokohama, we were eager to explore the streets of Tokyo before heading to the coast. With just 24 hours up our sleeve in one of the most populated capital cities in the World, we initially wondered where we should begin. As it turns out, the better question was where does it end!

Rather than the group deciding on where to go, we handed the decision making to Monyca. Wherever she wanted to go, we would follow.

Sunday PM

The famous Shibuya Crossing - Everyone loves taking a few photos here. It's a fun way to capture your Japan experience. It is absolutely packed with people and it really makes you feel small in this wild world

Shinjuku - The World's largest train station is situated in Shinjuku, so checking this area out was crazy. Fast pace, bright lights and people coming and going in all directions. We had landed our selves in the busiest part of Tokyo city. This would have to be the exact opposite way of life to my quiet and laid-back lifestyle in Hana

Monday AM

Harajuku - The perfect place for some retail therapy. Harajuku has everything, from high-end fashion to fun Japanese brands, you could shop for days. Plus there's plenty of adorable little coffee shops and restaurants in this area. I loved being able to see a great mix of culture and people here too.
