You don’t have to be an athlete like Sally to understand the importance of good nutrition and how it can make a difference to how we perform, recover and improve.

Sally made us her go-to juice after a training session, filled with some of her favorites; watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, apple, ginger lime and mint. The perfect way to to refuel and re-energise.

The best thing about watermelon is it’s not only a refreshing treat after a training session but thanks to the high water and multi-vitamin combination of vitamins A, B6 and C it can help to maintain healthy connections between skin cells. Keeping skin hydrated and radiant!


Ingredients

2 cups seedless watermelon, diced

1 cucumber, diced

1 apple, peeled, cored and diced

1/2 cup strawberries, diced

1/2 cup lime juice

1 tablespoon mint, chopped

1 tablespoon ginger, chopped

Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until you have a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
