Your Order

Order Confirmation

To help you keep track of your order at all times, not only can you view your order status in the My Account section, but you will receive two emails after you place your order. These are:

  1. Order Confirmation
    The first email is a confirmation that your order was successfully received by us. It will include your order number and the full details of your order including products ordered and delivery address. The confirmation email will also remind you that you can track the status of your order in the
    My Account section of the website.
  2. Shipping Confirmation
    The second email confirms that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. In the occasional event that your order needs to be shipped in two parts, your shipping confirmation will alert you to this and a second shipping update will be sent out when the rest of the order is shipped.
You will also receive a printed tax invoice with your goods. If you loose these you are able to print a copy out from the My Account section of the website at any time.

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, we will run out of product due to high order numbers. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, our friendly customer service team will contact you immediately. We will endeavour to:

a)   find a replacement product,

b)    organise an order adjustment or

c)    offer a cancellation.

In each case you will receive updated notifications via email as well.

You are also able to cancel an order yourself at no cost if it has not been shipped from the warehouse. We understand, sometimes you just change your mind!

In the event your order is cancelled we are not responsible for refunding currency conversion fees, bank fees, import duties or other fees over which we have no control.

Keeping tracking of your order is easy!

You can check the status of your orders at any time by clicking on My Account at the top right of the website. From within the My Account section you can view the status and details of your orders from the previous 12mths.

Occasionally, we will send an order in multiple shipments so you receive your order faster. In these cases you can follow the order updates sent to your designated email address from within the My Account section as well.
